Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for best actress on Anything Goes. The first time she appeared on the television screen on Star Search at age 15, and has more recently appeared in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU as well as Royal Pains. Sutton Foster has toured the US and abroad as a soloist with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish", her first solo CD as well her second album, "An evening With Sutton Foster Live at Caf Carlyle". Sutton Foster was awarded an honorary doctorate from Ball State University in 2011. She also serves on the faculty of Ball State University as a dance teacher and adviser. Since March of 2015, her brand new TVLand show "Younger" created by Darren Star developed by Darren Star is a hit.
